Do I have to buy hardware to talk to you?+
No. Start with a consult or a readiness audit. If a build makes sense you own it outright; if it does not, we will tell you straight. We sell hardware you own, not a monthly subscription, so the advice is not steered.
How soon can someone be on-site?+
Usually within a week for a first visit, scheduled around your day. We scope before anyone signs anything, and the person who comes out is the person who picks up the phone afterward.
